Footfall driving activity

Mailbox

We use customer research, data collection and evaluation combined with lots of imagination to build a programme of diverse and bespoke events and activities geared to appeal to your specific target audiences and drive footfall to your destination.

Whenever feasible, all activities are  measurable so you have a genuine record of what worked and the results achieved, which can then be used to inform future marketing activity.

All the below activities were introduced over a 12 month period at the Mailbox to drive footfall, build data collection and to begin the journey to put the Mailbox on the map as an exciting and vibrant destination:
  • Building a tennis court in the middle of an open air shopping mall to generate social media, media interest and change footfall patterns
  • Utilising eight vacant units to host a 30+ designer pop up concept over a three month trading period
  • Provision of free zumba tutorials on site, linked to tenant health and beauty tips and offers (on and off line) to promote the range of tenants on site, collect data and enable measurement of take up
  • Working in partnership with appropriate brands to host a range of exhibitions and performances on site including the inaugural 'Birmingham Made Me' EXPO, Olympic Torch celebrations, Six Summer Saturdays hub, and creation of a bespoke Music Room with intimate performances from members of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
  • Creation of a permanent cat walk facility and Fashion Theatre for use by tenants, partners and emerging designers
  • Tenant events including Taste of The Mailbox
  • Hosting of the 2012 Style Birmingham Live fashion event
